Bought a home 2 years ago. Our driveway is severely cracked, the garage floor small area is cracked, Over 20 Tile in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and hallway have cracked. Today the master closet clothes rack fell. The 6 screws that held it up are less than an inch into the wall. The bathtub faucet diverter is broken. Paint by windows have cracked. The roof flap wasnt sealed so when it rained it would leak into my microwave This is just what I can remember as of right now

Came in to potentially buy a home at Northpointe, after speaking to the salesman Daniel Wood, I changed my mind. He is extremely rude, arrogant and cocky. He also said that I don’t need a realtor to buy a house or a third party inspector.

Absolutely horrible experience living here. House is less than 2 years old and there have been a multitude of problems. Within a few months of owning the house, multiple sprinkler lines surfaced because of the rocky soil and I was told that is not covered by warranty. There was a vine growing through the floor (thankfully they fixed this). The warranty itself is godawful and only lasts a year. The roof had a leak because of a cracked vent that led to water damage in May. I had two independent roofers that looked at the vent ... read more
