Came in to potentially buy a home at Northpointe, after speaking to the salesman Daniel Wood, I changed my mind. He is extremely rude, arrogant and cocky. He also said that I don’t need a realtor to buy a house or a third party inspector.
Absolutely horrible experience living here. House is less than 2 years old and there have been a multitude of problems. Within a few months of owning the house, multiple sprinkler lines surfaced because of the rocky soil and I was told that is not covered by warranty. There was a vine growing through the floor (thankfully they fixed this). The warranty itself is godawful and only lasts a year. The roof had a leak because of a cracked vent that led to water damage in May. I had two independent roofers that looked at the vent ... read more

At first we loved living here but over time two things have become certain: these are cheaply made cookie cutter homes and the majority age range here is about late 20’s- early 40’s (most being renters) so you have very immature and inconsiderate neighbors. These houses were built in 2023 and already we have had cabinets break, foundation cracking, paint chipping and shifting of the floor. The HOA is always on you for ridiculous reasons.
