I have mixed emotions. So I will start by saying that Valerie was so pleasant to work with and was very thorough. John our loan officer was very good and walked us through some items and I got to meet him in person and that was a pleasant encounter. Let’s talk about my home concierge experience horrible I had Tara Snow I didn’t feel like she kept me in the loop at all.
