They started construction right next to our house at 6AM, right where we walk our large dogs twice a day. Not only that but theres no parking for homes with more than 2 cars. So we have to park on the curb, and these people have the nerve to put up signs saying we cant cause it ruins the aesthetic of the neighborhood. Lesson Learned: Sell the house and never move into an HOA
They worked all day starting at 530am Sunday, then nothing today during the day, and now it’s 945 and they’re banging nail guns. Makes it super hard to get kids to bed. The noise is during ridiculous hours.
If you’re thinking about moving to this area- don’t. The neighborhood is being developed and the construction workers start at 5:30am on weekdays running cement trucks and it’s currently 8am on a Sunday and they’ve been nailing the roof of multiple homes since 6:30am.
This review is after living in the community since Labor Day weekend 2025. The purchase experience was very easy and painless and the sales staff is very professional and polite. However, the homes are built with the cheapest of materials. For example, in the bathrooms they don't even use waterproof paint. They use the same cheap chalky paint in the bathrooms that they use in other parts of the home which bubbles up when taking a hot shower.
