Several of my friends own homes here and are constantly harassed by the HOA, tons of for sale signs for obvious reasons. Do not buy a home here you will regret it.
Bunch of for sales signs . Homeowners not liking the builder run hoa. They retaliate against the Homeowners who have sign up because there are too many now . Some of these signs have been up for months now they start harassing Homeowners. Wait until neighborhood is 100% complete before buying here . Too many problems between hoa and homeowner now . There's also a old man who walks around reporting people to the hoa . No peace here , no community ,
HOA here on a power trip . They send out notice they will be strictly enforcing. Don’t move here most of the homeowners waiting to take over board and kick out vesta.
How about lennar stop lying to home owners about the HOA . Greedy people. Will lie to you then you get stuck in a horrible HOA neighborhood and can’t sell because they keep dropping prices
If you buying here talk to home owners first . This hoa under builder right now . No home owners . They are making current owners life miserable. More owners are selling with less than a year here because of the HOA
