Nice area poorly constructed homes, cheapest materials. Forced solar long term contract. High HOA fee with no amenities but a dog park, dog parks are for apartments. If you don't have a dog your paying for nothing. Two story homes not block on second floor. Talked to homeowners in the area they spoke about many issues and much time consuming warranty issues. DR Horton down the street was a better fit for us.
