I wish I would have listened to the reviews. The house may look nice when you initially get into it and they make all of these promos but will straight up lit to your face. The grading and drainage in my yard has severe problems and the yard stays wet my on one side of my house. I was promised they would fix any grading issues especially if the yard stayed wet longer than 48 hours after a rain. Which it does. But since I’m just “one” house they refuse to fix it. Lennar Home Builders are only concerned with Making Money Fast As Possible! Once the Home is Closed an you Sign on the Line ! Their Customer care is over !!! They are leaving Cullman now an the City of Cullman looks like they Don't Care ! There are 3 mud hole Lots that they left behind with a cliff ,which is very Dangerous for children that has been playing on top of it ! Lennar or the City of Cullman needs to pave the Road asap !
