Great place staff is amazing
In terms of the neighborhood and home experience, I have no negative thoughts and I am grateful for the first time home buyer experience. The reason for my rating comes from the treatment I've endured from the team inside the Magma Ranch Vista clubhouse center. As a resident here who pays for services and entry to the pool, gym, etc. I was denied access for not having my physical fob. Honestly surprised at some of these reviews, so here is my experience. Preston was a great. Very knowledge about the houses and the land that they are built on. The loan officers were very attentive and quick to respond to our questions and give us the best advice possible on the home buying experience. When it came time for the walk thru Jim was our guy.
