New home, multiple issues including sewer back up when cut sewer pipe was left to fall back in sewer. Had been in home 4 months. Initially cable lines cut when first moved in. Holes in new walls to replaced. This was fixed but a hassle! Half bath downstairs is the same temp as outside! Still trying to get that fixed. Chipping to back yard patio. Lot of same o same o. Same cabinets same fixtures trim. Most of what we looked at, the designers didn't think things through. Some of the kitchens had islands that you needed to walk around all the time. Some bathrooms had nice walk in closets but we're on the other side of the shower causing you to walk across the wet floor.
I am so impressed with everyone at Lennar. I have had the opportunity to interact / work with 3 of their Sales reps at different locations, Rick (Centerville), Lisa (Chanhassen) & Nicole (Laketown). They have all been amazing. Responsive, knowledgeable, great follow up without being pushy. We had a couple items come up & we talked about them, they found a great solution that everyone was happy with. You all are doing a great job & are a pleasure to work & deal with. Thank you!
