Our house is falling apart at the seams and Lennar doesn't care. Nothing is their fault. They use the lowest quality products and lowest standards of building around. They want to pass inspections and get their money, then they don't care if the house falls down. They can always find a way to make it not their problem. Mold, moisture, cracks, incorrect wiring, bad HVAC installation, the list goes on and on. Save yourself and DO NOT purchase a Lennar. You will have nothing but regrets.

Funny feedback from sales rep. Then relative giving him feedback lol. The two positives fake. Don't fall for the 2% scam. They have major issues with construction. Google them you will thank me later
Lennar is a reputable and trustworthy brand. They helped guide my client through the homebuilding process with ease.
We recently bought Lennar as first time home buyers. We were pretty set on a previous home we had looked at with another builder but decided to stop by Lennar as our very last stop to make sure we weren't missing anything.
