*Updated 3/1/2025* Had the issue escalated to Lennar support and was able to get in touch with their management. The issue was able to eventually get resolved. The piping runs between multiple buildings and it turns out the specific pipe to our bathtub was not only clogged, but did not have the appropriate slope. Lennar was able to collaborate on our issue and come to a resolution. I felt this was a positive response to our issue once escalated. We had this issue open for over 400 days. Changing to 5 stars because Lennar immediately assigned a new Sales agent and I had a really good experience post which I even ended up buying a piece here. =================== Had a pathetic experience with the sales guy, Joshua Perry. I wonder what would be the after sales experience like for the current residents if they have such a poor pre sales service. Joshua is completely unmotivated and doesn't care about the clients.
