DO NOT BUY A HOME IN THIS DEVELOPMENT!!! I have had 3 new construction home built over the pass 21 year. Lennar at Cooperleaf being my 3rd, it has been the absolute worst experience. My first week in the home my power room ceiling came down because of me taking a shower in one of the 3 upstairs bathroom, second week gas’s leak, gas line under my stove was not attached properly, third all of the sinks in my home leaks constantly, damaging the sink bowl, fourth they had to come out and fix the tile in my bathroom, because it w... read more
The place is developing. The shops and other facilities are at a distant. The single family units are somewhat expensive. The kitchen top provided should have been more good.
