Never buy Lennar. First thing Brighid Downs, reported great customer service and she highly recommended the company, FYI, she works for Lennar! Horrible customer service, deficient communication, no transparency and they are ALWAYS right. The only person who cares is Mr. Shipp with Lennar Mortgage and Robbi was very nice and helpful. We got misleading information, false information and a lot of twist and turns with very poor communication despite multiple communication efforts to make sure everything was completed. Definitely unhappy with our experience with Lennar. From the low quality materials, cheap appliances and poor craftsmanship left us very disappointed, expecially for the price we paid for the house. Lennar did nothing to make things right.
Hunting for a new home, Juan was great tour guide on the options, styles, and amenities. Definitely ask for him. We hope to work with him soon
