Great new neighborhood, thi king on building there
Lennar's warranty claims are unreliable. Buyer beware. They make many promises upfront but fail to deliver on the backend.They've caused flooding and erosion in neighboring yards, affecting three other properties. This issue has persisted for over two months without resolution. When they replaced dead patches in our grass, the new sod died despite being watered 2-4 times per day and receiving record amounts of rain. We are currently building a house in Highland Ridge and have Alan as our Lennar representative for the neighborhood. He has been absolutely amazing thus far! He was very descriptive when we first came in to look at the neighborhood and see if building was something we really wanted to do. He was upfront, honest, and gave us neutral advice on whether it was right for us. After a few visits, we decided to sign the documents and proceed with building; we havent looked back since! We have started building in Highland Ridge Delano and Alan has been great to work with! He is extremely responsive, as well as proactively provides updates and lots of pictures of the home build progress. It’s always exciting hearing from Alan about our house and has been a positive experience building so far!
