If I could give them a 0 I would. Very unorganized poor communication. I referred 2 of my friends which I’m sorry I did because both of them are having a really bad experience to the point where they want to back out with their closing dates right around the corner. The houses are cheaply made, but still nice, and yard water drainage is terrible, but this review is mainly pointed towards the HOA. The HOA for this community is terrible. They do not take care of the landscape - there is trash on the perimeter of the community that they don't seem to care about cleaning up. Also, they give residents landscaping violations for weeds, when they don't control weeds in the areas that they are responsible for 🤦♂️... Pictures below to prove it. Our buying experience was great, from beginning to end! However, we closed on our new home on February 26, 2024 online while still living in Nebraska. We move 1100 miles and arrived on March 1st…this is what we were greeted with… It was impossible to try to move 2 trucks full of our belongings across wet grass. We couldn’t use a dolly across the yard, it was an awe full experience!!!
