I will strongly advise engaging an independent inspector and thoroughly reviewing all non-warrantable items prior to finalizing any purchase with Lennar. Lennar's subcontractor, Loving Landscape, is installing weeds instead of Bermuda grass and providing deceased trees in the front landscaping. Furthermore, some homeowners have reported issues such as septic system failures and siding detachment. I regret buying from lennar!! Buyers please be aware!!!
