We are coming up on our first year anniversary since purchasing our Lennar Home. The entire experience has been stellar. We were looking with our realtor at a number of communities in the area and Ashley at Lennar Heritage Creek steered us to a home that we wouldn't have seen otherwise, which exactly fit all of our criteria. When I finally made the decision to relocate to the Milton, DE area, I did extensive research on existing homes for sale. On one of those search days as I was driving from neighborhood to neighborhood, I passed Heritage Creek subdivision and drove through. We are very excited to have moved to Heritage Creek! We find it to be a quiet and quaint neighborhood that is very walkable and great for bicycles. The centrally-located amenities are already complete, and there are community garden spaces available. Despite there having been multiple builders, the homes are architecturally consistent, as well as being well-maintained overall.
