Love that the sales people aren't pushy!.. easy to view the homes without having a pushy salesman follow you around. Great housing options.
Make sure you have all your ducks in a row before checking out the model homes or buying in the neighborhood. We did not feel very supported while trying to buy a home.
Poor customer service. We have been trying to purchase a house for the last month. Worked with Nancy then she never responded back. Asked for a call for the community manager she said the manager would call… that was November 20th and I’m still waiting. Followed back up and I am still waiting a response and that was on 12/5. Clearly they are not in the business to sell homes. Went through got the pre qualification and everything and was juts left unanswered.
