I was amazed at the poor quality of construction when I visited. I have been in construction for 30 years and as a former inspector, the amount of defects that I spotted walking the homes was frightening. I would be very cautious about buying a home in this development and I would make sure the warranty process was legitimate.
Beautiful houses but very poor entrance 🤦♀️ Refused to buy
The company is worked for layed the utilities here and it will turn out an amazing neighborhood
