Home sweet homes
Best Development construction in South Carolina. Grand Bees is beautiful and in one of the most desirable areas in north Charleston. We are so excited to see our new home in such a great community. The customer service you receive is top notch. Looked at Nexton in Summerville and we're just disgusted....Getto, crammed in there, and cheap construction. Lennar Homes by far are more superior.
The place is very nice the onsite consultant wasn't very knowledgeable. We had expressed interest in a lot that wasn't available. We remained in touch with our rep and the lot became available. He had all our proof of founds as well as our attorneys information. The lot went to someone else. The rep we dealt with at Lennar had to go shrimping that day. All said and done not a phone call or an email stating lets see if we can help get into something else or were sorry. The wife was disappointed and I look at it like all thing... read more
