I recently had a major issue with my Lennar home in Foree Ranch after heavy rain. A large puddle of water formed inside near my front door, which is obviously a serious concern—whether it’s a drainage issue or improper sealing, I’m not sure. I submitted a warranty request through Lennar’s homeowner portal, expecting them to at least inspect the issue.
