I do not recommend working with Terence Green. He has been one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve encountered in this industry. From the beginning, he was extremely pushy and rude. He did not even show us the home, he simply provided the address, asked us to take a photo of the map, and told us to find it ourselves.
