We bought a brand-new Lennar home in Flagstone expecting quality and peace of mind. Overall, I want to be fair—every other issue we reported during our one-year warranty inspection was addressed. The only recurring problem has been the HVAC. The first HVAC failure happened around our one-year warranty inspection. I do not recommend working with Terence Green. He has been one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve encountered in this industry. From the beginning, he was extremely pushy and rude. He did not even show us the home, he simply provided the address, asked us to take a photo of the map, and told us to find it ourselves. Once we showed interest, he changed the terms we had originally discussed. When we did not immediately sign the contract, he became personally aggressive and disrespectful.
