Our experience buying our home here was a nightmare. From them attempting to change our purchase agreement the week of closing to get an additional $10k from us. Then the sales lady, Shannon, attempted to coerce us into canceling our contract so she could keep our earnest money. The mortgage lenders messing up our closing documents time and time again, showing complete incompetence. And to top it off, our basement flooded from a faulty seal in our hot water pipe.
