On Lake Norman! These homes are in a fantastic location with even better neighbors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The community is safe and well-maintained, with residents taking great care to keep it clean and welcoming. As with many new constructions, there are some quality control concerns with the homes themselves, but addressing them is fairly straightforward since it’s easy to get in touch with the right people if anything was overlooked during the home inspection.
