My house is less than 5 years old and to sell it I would need to replace all the carpet, vinyl flooring and dry wall... really poor quality on my build. You could do better by literally picking any builder other than Lennar in my opinion.

Unwelcoming and Poorly Managed Neighborhood Living in this neighborhood has been a huge disappointment—mainly due to the way the HOA is run. The women on the HOA board are not only unapproachable but have created a culture of intimidation. On Lake Norman! These homes are in a fantastic location with even better neighbors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The community is safe and well-maintained, with residents taking great care to keep it clean and welcoming.
