My wife and I deeply regret buying a Lennar home. If we could give zero stars, we would. The homes are poorly constructed (and I have a strong understanding of building construction), and the HOA is quick to harass homeowners. After closing, good luck trying to get in contact with Lennar or the HOA for help. We definitely learned a hard lesson—never buy a Lennar home. I just hope this review reaches someone before they make the same mistake. Please, learn from ours.

My sister in law put her earnest money down, signed a contract and they signed it on their end and then less than 24 hours later they said they messed up and the house was not supposed to be sold at the price they gave her.

I purchased my home fall of last year and setting up utilities has been so frustrating. I had to setup two separate accounts with Inframark and Highpoint SUD in order to cover sewer and water which is over 100.00$ a month, but if you include application fee and deposits of setting up the account over 600$ in setup fees. I have never paid that much just to get sewer and water to a home. There were also a lack of oversight on processes that should have been done, but were not completed. We were working with Blake and he wasn’t able to keep an appointment and was very poor at communicating. we decided to go a different route. Seemed to be very condescending

Jason Luke explained to us very well detailed the process of purchasing our first home, we really appreciate all the effort, discounts, deals applied for the best percentage, these houses are beautiful and Jason is definitely so respectful, professional, helpful and beyond, i would recommend Lennar Homes, thank you!
