Been impressed with the sales and financing staff. Community is neat, clean, safe. Seems like an excellent place to live. And local Lennar staff is responsive and hard-working. Tons of positives buying, living here.

Nice homes and layouts, quality is good. Not terrible like kb homes but not as good as granvilles either. Floor plans are "what you see is what you get". Can't be customized. No sales consultant on site and hard to get a hold of at times. Most sales consultants are also clueless. They cant give you direct answers on lots and the areas most of the time. Sadly, we knew more than them. They do offer self-tours on select homes and end of year sales including a good incentive. However the home prices vary greatly in certain areas... read more
