Buying a Lennar condo in Valencia (Cranmore Way) was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. The construction is complete trash—you can hear every movement from the upstairs neighbor, especially late at night. The noise after midnight is unbearable, making the unit unlivable. I’ve submitted multiple complaints, conducted a professional sound test, and did everything possible to get help. The houses are beautiful but paying more than $1500 HOA fees every month for Outlook plan 5 is damn crazy! There are no major stores around.
