I so happy with our decision of buying our new house in Edgewater...from the moment our Lennar representative Angela showed the house to this moment , I can only say good things about Lennar and the community.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to post a zero-star review, if it were possible that is exactly what they deserve. I'm an Army Veteran in the process of moving across the country and found a house in Lennar's Edgewater community that my wife and I both liked, after having our realtor view the property with family that is local we decided to make an offer at full list price. Lennar is a great builder to work with, the Edgewater community has a variety of floor plans and at the time of this posting there are reduced interest rates available when using their affiliated lender
