If I Could Give It 0 Stars, I Would We recently visited a Lennar community in search of a new home. The size and layout of the homes were impressive, but the overall quality and finishes left a lot to be desired. Jesus was the rep who helped us. From the start, we were told we would qualify, but were given a short window to close. We sent the deposit, but after thinking it over for three days, we called back—well within their 5-day refund policy—to cancel. After that, we were completely ignored.
