Do not purchase a house through this Lennar Mortgage. Do not give them any money—they will take your money and never pay you back. What a bunch of scammers, taking people’s money! And ignoring you forever.
The house plans look great, but the community lacks parks and amenities. While the website references these features, they are only available in Cypress Creek East. Additionally, since this area is part of a MUD, there will be extra taxes.
