Poor construction with the cheapest materials. It’s like they built the house out of paper. We’ve been here for one year and have a stupid amount of issues for the short amount of time we’ve lived here. Don’t fall for the appeal of a new build and covered closing costs… you’ll pay all of that in the back end with all of the repairs after the 1 year warranty is up. Customer service does’t care. Steer clear of Lennar.
This used to be a four-star review. But the fitness center and indoor pool have been closed for over a year! And now they've closed the outdoor pool too! Yet they keep raising the HOA fee! AVOID BUYING HERE! Notice that most of the good reviews are from years ago?
I move to my brand new Lennar home at Colonial Heritage, Williamsburg on 30 November 2022. Since I moved I have multiple problems with the house. The majority of these problems could have been avoided if the builder stop cutting corners. My latest problem is a roof leak. It hasn’t been two years since I moved, however, since I am out of the one year warranty the cost of the repairs is coming out of my pocket. Once again POOR construction.
