I bought my townhome in Clover Mill less than a year ago and it has been a very stressful experience. I have had major damage like my ceiling opening up and leaking into my living area and a hole in the fromt of my house that looks like it is missing a brick but I am being told that it is normal even though the model home doesn’t have a hole. There are numerous drywall issues and nail pops to be expected but very disappointed with the workmanship and lack of service with Lennar.
