We loved looking at the model homes they were very polite and helpful

Established, non-gated community consisting of primarily Lennar and Anglia homes. Both builders still have model homes on premises at this time. There is easy access off FM 3083 with elementary and middle schools directly across the road. This subdivision lies within the city limits of Conroe. Homes continue being built currently. There is an established HOA which appears to be rather lenient towards deed restriction enforcement. Road traffic patterns in some areas are poorly designed prompting confusion and conflict.
