While the homes are fairly nice, you get no choices for upgrades or changes. You buy as is. Here is the real problem though, we made an internet appointment and were paired with Victor. While he took us to several places, each just not having the layout and space I felt was right for us . We told him what we were looking for and what we were not. Poor construction, overpriced houses, rural, houses full of spiders.
Do not recommend. Houses are not made well, cheap and falling apart.
Quite neighborhood so far, still a work in progress. Basic homes, but energy efficient. Many warranty requests, but they are attentive, and work to solve any issues. Once the neighborhood is finished, rating may change, so far okay.
