While we love the next-generation home set up, we were told that it included the refrigerators and washers and dryers in both the main home and mother-in-law suite, but when we had the 1st walk through I noticed that the mother-in-law suite was missing the refrigerator and washer and dryer and we are having to address this with our Lennar Representative before we close.
While the homes are fairly nice, you get no choices for upgrades or changes. You buy as is. Here is the real problem though, we made an internet appointment and were paired with Victor. While he took us to several places, each just not having the layout and space I felt was right for us . We told him what we were looking for and what we were not. Poor construction, overpriced houses, rural, houses full of spiders.
Do not recommend. Houses are not made well, cheap and falling apart.
