Misleading photos, as the amenities they show are far from the community, you must take the highway to get there, because there is no communication to them directly. The roads around the community are in the worst shape possible, full of potholes, no lighting, no signs, glass, and animals, as it is a rural area. I hope they work on this soon, as it harms current/prospective residents. They do not offer gutters, bathroom hangers, rods, or blinds. I closed on my Lennar home in the Houston area 6 weeks ago. The pro is that I have an affordable, energy efficient home in a good location and I like the neighborhood so far. I understood that, because of the price, materials and workmanship would be about the lowest quality possibly while still looking presentable and meeting the minimum required by building code. Even so, I did not expect to have as many warranty requests as I have, for the warranty process to be as burdensome as it has, or to not have simple fixtures like... read more
