Build quality is excellent but staff don't have enough knowledge about the area or houses
Homes are nice, customer service could be better. You have to stay on top of them to get service repairs done. Take great notes when doing your final walkthrough and stay on top of them to make the repairs of your findings. Get everything in writing with dates they plan to complete repairs, because once they get your money and hand you the keys. It's seems like your on your own. I believe their customer service is slowly disappearing as they are growing as a builder.
