Beautiful homes build by standard pacific, the other builders not sure.
Do not buy from lennar. Liars and thieves. Poorly constructed homes. Huge huge headaches. We have water intrusion in our and they will not repair it.
We built a home with them and have had 4 leaks within months of moving into our new build. Mold, leaks and flooding are all over the community. The company is corrupt, they blame the City of Winter Garden for approving homes “built to code”. The city blames the builder and the consumer is stuck in the middle with poorly built homes. Laws need to change so consumer have more rights.
I fail to understand how a house that is already standing can sit for at LEAST 5 weeks without anything being done to it because it constantly fails inspection. You guessed it, that was released to us until after we signed the contract. So, 4 sales agents later we’ve now been pushed back at least another 45 days to close. Why?
