These new buildouts are laughably cheap. Build something of substance or don't build at all. We do not want 800 new homes that are unlivable after 10 years.
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Our experience as first time homebuyers could not have been worse. Starting off by the sales staff and an area sales manager who did not take the time to fully understand our concerns. The way we were treated was unbelievable and should not go unnoticed. Overall it's a very nice house, but the corners cut are frustrating. Was told we would get a fence on the back property, but since our backyard doesn't face a street we got screwed. Sod is AWFUL, 40% grass and 60% weeds. Terrible grading, landscaping looked good for 4 months without any weed barriers under the mulch so now we have to fix all of that. Sprinkler system caused my water bill to go from $120 a month to over $300 and it's not covered. Cheapest labor possible used. Built for max profit not for the customer
