Overall it's a very nice house, but the corners cut are frustrating. Was told we would get a fence on the back property, but since our backyard doesn't face a street we got screwed. Sod is AWFUL, 40% grass and 60% weeds. Terrible grading, landscaping looked good for 4 months without any weed barriers under the mulch so now we have to fix all of that. Sprinkler system caused my water bill to go from $120 a month to over $300 and it's not covered. Cheapest labor possible used. Built for max profit not for the customer
