Bennett’s court is a great boutique community and is half way sold with new homeowners already living there. North Penn schools, close to the turnpike and train stations for Commuting options. All of this for pricing rarely seen in this area and school district. The layouts are amazing!
I was interested in this community earlier, however, looking at reviews and doing my due diligence. It made me rethink. I also verified public records, Lennar is claiming 8-9 homes sold so far on their site. But None of the homes are sold as per public records and I see cars being parked outside of homes could be just their sales representatives. Be careful here times have changed now. I am a proud owner of one of the houses in the Community and the process in which I bought my home have been so easy and successful! The people who helped me through the process have been the very best! The community is within the North Penn School district which is perfect for my two kids who have been attending the district already! The community also has Walmart, giant, Burlington, Lowes, ShopRite, Wawa, and a whole bunch of good stores nearby within a few minutes.
