This is a beautiful community, with beautiful spacious homes. It’s fairly quiet throughout and it’s a great place to raise your family. The staff at Lennar are very nice, understand and helpful during the house-buying process. Overall this is a really nice community.
Absolutely beautiful and quiet place to live. And wonderful area to take walks in the evenings after a busy day. We even received goodies after moving in!
I moved to the Lennar Belle Ayre community in Seaford February of this year. I chose this community because of the home price point, limited houses in neighborhood, and all the extra bonuses Lennar offered with my purchase. Also, the Sales Manager Susan was very helpful and responsive to all my questions throughout the purchase process. So far I have no complaints with my purchase as I have not had any problems with my home and this community gives me the small town feel I was looking for.
