I love the property, and the neighborhood looks nice, definitely a place I would reside at.
DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR!!! They take shortcuts in building their houses which come with problems, multiple people are and have sued them for health issues caused by mold in these houses
Not my style but excellent product!! Small, individual homes with great floorplans, great fixtures, and good location. They are well built and way easier to deal with than a traditional home with like 3 or 4 bedrooms. For families? No - you might get cramped. For young couples, retirees, and especially single young professionals? YES. Go check it out. The sales reps (Rhonda, in particular) are extremely accommodating and professional and you can tell they actually like being there! Great development.
