Beware of their false advertising: I visited them after looking at their 4.5% FHA offer for Memorial Day for a home listed on their website for $275,000. We agreed and signed off on that (Janae with Lennar - she was amazing in helping us). Next they wanted to have us pre approved, and do a hard credit pull before signing the contract. We agreed to it.
