As a resident, Lennar is a nightmare to deal with. aftet you buy you find a lot of problems with the houses that should be covered by warranty and they never want to address them! Also, the HOA is a clown house wasting people $ instead of taking care of the real issues.
I would love we could enjoy the pool earlier on Sundays...I don't get why they open so late (at noon), there is no personnel the whole Sunday anyways, and the gym is available earlier...it is my free day to swim and I don't like to get burnt because the late hours nor to avoid kids in the water...it is a shame, really
