I am beyond frustrated with Lennar. Every time I submit a warranty request, they find a new excuse to deny coverage. I’ve been told repeatedly that the issues I report would be covered—but only in other states, not mine. How does that make any sense? A national builder should offer consistent service, but instead, Lennar hides behind technicalities and loopholes to avoid doing the right thing.
