I can’t say I recommend this community, but I will share my experience when we came to view the model homes. We were greeted, but the very first questions were about our budget and when we planned to buy. When I mentioned about a year, the agent told us they probably wouldn’t even be there in a year because they sell 60 homes a month and had already sold 700 since November. I am beyond frustrated with Lennar. Every time I submit a warranty request, they find a new excuse to deny coverage. I’ve been told repeatedly that the issues I report would be covered—but only in other states, not mine. How does that make any sense? A national builder should offer consistent service, but instead, Lennar hides behind technicalities and loopholes to avoid doing the right thing.
