Our go to person was Bianca! Bianca was our sales consultant but much more than that, she always answered our calls or returned them shortly afterwards. If she didn’t know the answer she would seek and find. She was a joy to work with!

I can’t say I recommend this community, but I will share my experience when we came to view the model homes. We were greeted, but the very first questions were about our budget and when we planned to buy. When I mentioned about a year, the agent told us they probably wouldn’t even be there in a year because they sell 60 homes a month and had already sold 700 since November.
