I bought a house with Lennar here and did not even consider any other builder because of the impeccable workmanship, professionalism and discipline I saw with Lennar-Reno (NV). In retrospect, I feel should have considered other builders because Lennar-Katy seems like a completely different organization with no checks & balances whatsoever.
