Was being audio recorded in private without my consent or knowledge. Was not made aware of being recorded until my 3rd day visiting the community. Who knows how much recording they did without my consent prior to being made aware. In the state of Florida this is illegal They also are not offering any concessions or specials. They have a trick where they claim to pay closing costs but they add the cost onto the purchase price tricking you into financing the closing costs for 30 years increasing your tax bill, payment, cash to... read more

We were excited to purchase our "Everything's Included Lennar Home," and knew that to get their best price we had to use their financing. What we didn't realize was that "Everything's Included" also included what felt like incompetence and idiocy. Angeline is marketing a lifestyle that the developer has no intention of protecting. By not making this lagoon residents-only, they are building a public theme park in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Why pay a premium for a home and high monthly fees just to subsidize a public park? It is a bait-and-switch. If you want to use the lagoon, just buy a... read more

Never buy from Lennar especially in Angeline. Their homes are super cheap, layouts are worst, I would call them a scam. Prefer any other builder. Don’t fall for Lennar cheap price and incentives.
