We were excited to purchase our "Everything's Included Lennar Home," and knew that to get their best price we had to use their financing. Angeline is marketing a lifestyle that the developer has no intention of protecting. By not making this lagoon residents-only, they are building a public theme park in the middle of a residential neighborhood. For anyone with children, this is a massive red flag; there is no security or vetting when you allow the general public to buy their way into the heart of the community. Never buy from Lennar especially in Angeline. Their homes are super cheap, layouts are worst, I would call them a scam. Prefer any other builder. Don’t fall for Lennar cheap price and incentives.
