Avoid these houses at all costs. I purchased a brand new home back in February and have had nothing but issues since moving in. If I wanted a fixer upper, I would have bought one.
We along with my folks and one of our kids, have just bought 3 homes in Angeline, and Irina was our sales agent for all the homes. Irina has gone above and beyond for us, even after the close of the homes Irina continues to be amazingly helpful, and always cheerful. If you are looking or thinking about Angeline for you next home go ask for Irina she is the best!!
Please don’t buy house here , poor internet connection and paying almost 100$ per month. Only summit is allowed in this location you cannot get frontier and other good service companies. Specially if you are doing work from home job this place is not at all recommended. I am living in this community since September 2023 we complain about this issue multiple times but there is no response from management. Please think multiple times before you make move.
