We are empty nesters and wanted to downsize our house to a ranch and we went with a slap and no basement and it works great for us. We love our house and the area and look forward to making new friends here. Our sales person was Natalie Caporaso who was and has been great since day one. She is very helpful explaining the process and showing the houses there. She makes the process simple and easy . If you ask for her you will be very happy. She's great and made our home buying experience a very positive one.
