The development of sussex county needs to stop. There’s too many houses and the natural beauty of slower lower Delaware is disappearing. Soon it will no longer be beautiful fields and trees but cookie cutter houses.
Been there twice and there is no one there. Models are locked and no salesperson in sight. Guess they don’t really care if they sell homes or not. That’s ok, there are several others builders right down the road.
