Bought and lived here for a little over a year. Salesperson Ashley, very nice. HOA property management and landscape company have both had to be changed due to difficulty with both. The front stone on the front of my house is falling off. My refrigerator is literally falling apart and warranty people so inept that I had to pay for replacement parts because the 20 calls they never answer or respond to took so long, they didn't service for 2 months and my 1 year warranty expired.
