When our dog broke her paw, we had a terrible experience with Lenity. They initially tried to charge us over $10,000 for X-rays and an overnight stay, then suddenly lowered it to $6,000 when we said we were picking her up immediately. They also insisted our 15 lb dog needed emergency surgery right away to avoid amputation and tried to pressure and guilt us into agreeing, even calling us “bad owners” for wanting a second opinion. We had such a great experience at Lentiy Veterinary Clinic. We brought our almost 2-year-old lab, Bentley, in around 3:45am after hearing him cough for hours in a way we’d never experienced before, including coughing up mucus, which really scared us. Michaela, our vet tech, was actually the one who answered the phone and reassured us that coming in was the right call. I’m comforted knowing this clinic is nearby! Went in for something minor for my large dog around midnight on a Friday. The receptionist, vet tech, and doctor were all so kind and knowledgeable. There was no wait. The facilities are clean and well-stocked. Really great all around. $230 without insurance.

Don't waste your time here and go to Omega next door instead. We waited 5+ hours and paid over $300 for an unsanitary experience (floors are seldom cleaned and covered in pee, blood and feces), and a vet who did nothing. There are also pet spiders that are free to float around the waiting area (???). We came here for an emergency visit with our dog who was having severe urinary tract issues and peeing blood all over the place -- when the vet finally got around to seeing our dog, they claimed to have done an ultrasound to che... read more
