Unfortunately- Builder was extremely rude and was upset when my clients didn’t want to sign paper work stating that the house issues were fixed ! When they hadn’t been- told us to get out. With that happening my client left a bad review on the review sheet they hand at closing and they made us wait an hour.
We have lived in our house for almost 2 years and we're blessed to have found a 5/3 that fit our family perfectly. We moved in after an extensive private inspection, so we knew we didn't have any red flags to contend with. We had little issues, but nothing that wasn't covered and understood by our inspector. I signed the first contract in what seemed to be a future for my family, and have been living a nightmare ever since. For 3 years I have been watching pieces of my house fall apart. We were lied to in the beginning on how many houses were being put in the development and I was also told there wouldn’t be any 5 bedrooms in this development.
