We have lived in our house for almost 2 years and we're blessed to have found a 5/3 that fit our family perfectly. We moved in after an extensive private inspection, so we knew we didn't have any red flags to contend with. We had little issues, but nothing that wasn't covered and understood by our inspector. I signed the first contract in what seemed to be a future for my family, and have been living a nightmare ever since. For 3 years I have been watching pieces of my house fall apart. We were lied to in the beginning on how many houses were being put in the development and I was also told there wouldn’t be any 5 bedrooms in this development. My living place. Good neighbors and very friendly
I've lived in Lenhardt Grove for two months now. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I was having an issue with an appliance and getting it fixed by the appliance company but then I got a call from Carl with DR Horton and after expressing my concerns to him he is helping me get it replaced. DR Horton has done right by my family so far and I am very grateful.
