I went in to get hair extensions for my ponytail for a trip. And the man that waited on me was horrible. He was completely rude and arrogant… I left there feeling terrible about what I had purchased and how he was acting… This dude needs to be fired. I see I’m not the only one leaving a bad review about him. I do believe he was oriental..#FIREHIM

I just walked out of there the man was very rude and arrogant. Wanted to ask questions to be more knowledgeable about wearing a wig. That sure didn't happen. I won't be back,but I don't think he cares

I went with a friend to ask questions about their products. The man was very rude and short with us. We tried one of the products for a fee that was supposed to cover multiple products, but instead of finishing with us first, he moved on to somebody else. We still had to pay the fee. Then when we asked the assistant for help, she said, I have others things to do. They both looked at us like we were bothering them the whole time we were there. VERY POOR customer service. Very pricey.

Been going here for years now. Amy is the best, only person I trust with my hair! Highly recommend. Also the store has a great selection of salon quality items!

Went there today to look for a hair topper. The man was so rude and so unhelpful I just left I was told my hair was too short, it was a weird color and gonna be hard to match. I asked to look at one, and he reluctantly brought one to the counter. I took it off. I wanted to see what it look like underneath and perhaps try it on. He grabbed it from my hand and put it back on the mannequin. I will never spend a penny in this place.
