She meticulously places every nano with your utmost comfort in mind. The installation process can be long, however, she is mindful and offers a pillow, back support, or foot support while you're in the chair. Julie is very clean and professional, always ready for when I got there, makes sure you are comfortable. When during installation because it’s a long process, she had lunch ready for me to eat while she kept going on working with my hair. Also sets you up with an ipad to help with the long process. Very good service even after I leave, very helpful with answering my questions when I had them, very knowledgeable with the product and gentle While installing. I recommend her 100%

Julie is amazing! I haven’t been her client for long. Julie was able to match my natural hair colour to extensions I now have and can’t even tell that I have extensions, I had someone from work who I haven’t seen in a while was like WOW your hair has really gotten long, I told her they were extensions! But when it comes to installing extensions she takes her time and if she don’t like how the extension looks she will remove it and try again.
