Called this location to verify if they alter a specific type of fabric and if they also replace zippers on coats. The beginning conversation she seemed not as curt, but when I asked another question so that I could save myself the trip all the way there she became short and rude with me. I’ll just go to a competitor for my companies needs.

I had an incredible experience at Lenexa Fashion & Alterations! The she is incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. She handled my clothing alterations perfectly, making sure everything fit just right. The turnaround time was fast, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable for the high level of service you receive. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tailoring or alterations. I'll definitely be coming back!
